Sara Kincaid, Managing Attorney and Owner
Sara Kincaid has spent more than a decade helping federal employees navigate some of the most challenging points in their careers. She brings deep, hands-on experience in federal workers’ compensation, federal disability retirement, EEO matters, and broader employment law—allowing her to approach each case with both technical skill and practical insight.
As an OWCP attorney, Sara has guided clients through every phase of the federal workers’ compensation process. She is thorough in preparing claims, strategic in managing ongoing case issues, and seasoned in representing clients through complex appeals, including those taken before the Employees’ Compensation Appeals Board. Her work spans a wide variety of OWCP matters, from injury claims to overpayment disputes, giving her a nuanced understanding of how to advocate effectively within the system.
Outside of her practice, Sara prioritizes a well-rounded, active lifestyle. She enjoys barre, bouldering, cooking, and exploring hiking trails with her dog.
To provide clients with informed, reliable, and effective advocacy, Sara has built a strong foundation through both her academic work and her professional training. Her background includes:
- Juris Doctor at Baylor School of Law
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Political Science, cum laude, at Baylor University
- Bar Admissions with the Texas State Bar (2014) and additionally the Washington State Bar Association (2019)
- Admission to the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington (2021)
