Greg Delee, Associate Attorney

Greg Delee brings nearly two decades of legal and federal benefits experience to Kincaid Law Firm. Before joining the firm, he spent 18 years as a licensed attorney and built an extensive background in the federal government, including roles with the Social Security Administration and the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP).

Greg’s time with the Social Security Administration gave him firsthand experience working with initial benefit applications, Medicare claims, and complex payment issues. He assisted members of the public in resolving claim‑related problems, strengthening his ability to guide clients through complicated federal processes with clarity and patience.

For the past 15 years, Greg has worked as an OWCP Claims Examiner, collaborating daily with injured federal employees, medical providers, employing agencies, and legal representatives. His experience spans every stage of an OWCP case—from initial claim filing through case development, benefits administration, and claim closure. This deep, inside‑the‑system knowledge gives him a unique perspective on the federal workers’ compensation process and the practical challenges claimants frequently face.

Beyond his professional work, Greg values balance and an active, engaged lifestyle. He enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, working on cars, and playing on his local bocce team. His commitment to maintaining a grounded, fulfilling life mirrors the dedication and compassion he brings to supporting clients.
